INTRODUCTION: The Boynton-Harbert Society ("the Society") takes your privacy seriously. It is important that you are at ease when using our website. This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information (hereafter referred to as "data") that may be collected about you when using our website (the "Site"). This Policy does not apply to linked sites, persons who are not our direct employees, or any other entities over which we have no control.

Please read our  user terms of use agreement.

1. Data Collection.

a. User: The Site does not collect data on users beyond the Automatic Information generated when you visit a website. This includes items such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and the time of your visit. The Site utilizes this information for analytical purposes only. Third-party websites, and the associated links within their websites, may collect additional data at their discretion. Connecting to the associated websites is done at YOUR RISK and you understand that the Society has no control over the data they collect and/or their subsequent use of said data. Additionally, there are promotional links within the Site that might collect data and you agree that clicking on these links is done at YOUR RISK and you understand that the Society has no control over the data they collect and/or their subsequent use of said data. We advise you to read the Privacy Policies contained within linked websites prior to using said websites.
b. Information Provider: Our "information submission" process requires you to give us data consisting of your name, statement that you are at least 18 years of age, and a vaild email address. You agree that this, and subsequent information you may provide is done at your option. You understand that the Society will utilize your email address to contact you. We may use this information to notify you about changes to the Site, new service availability, or special offers.

2. Data Protection. The Society does not use data collected from users or information providers, nor do we make data available to third parties, beyond the scope stated herein.
3. Cookies. Cookies are pieces of information that are transferred to your computer from a web server. Most browsers are set up to accept cookies, but you can change your settings to have your browser notify you when you receive a new cookie or to refuse to accept cookies. Accessing links within the Site is done at YOUR RISK and you understand that the Society has no control over their use of cookies and/or the subsequent use of data derived therefrom.
4. Changes to this Policy. We reserve the right to edit  this Policy.  When substantial changes occur we will place an announcement, indicating same, prominently on the Site.  Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted, unless otherwise stated in the change.
5. Children. The Site is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age, nor do we allow information submissions from persons under 18 years of age.
6. Consent. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
7. Indemnification. The Society makes no guarantee nor warranty in regard to the privacy of users or information providers beyond those stated herein. Factors beyond our control may result in data disclosure and as such, we disclaim any warranties as they may relate to non-disclosure of data. Should data be accessed, transmitted, or utilized in a manner beyond our control, you agree to hold the Society harmlesss from any and all liability, loss, damages, claim (emotional or otherwise) and expense related to unauthorized disclosure of said data.
8. Effective date. This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date shown in the heading, at the top of this policy.

a. This Agreement may be modified at any time by William Frederick (the "Site operator", "our", "us") upon posting of the modified agreement.  Any modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.  You can review the most recent version of the Agreement at any time by clicking here and then refreshing or reloading the subsequent page.  Each use by you shall constitute and be deemed your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
b. The Site operator reserves the right, without obligation or notice to you, to edit or delete any links, information, or other content appearing on the Site, including this Agreement.
